Best Western Plus Whitewater Inn

I haven't found a hotel that was as clean and accommodating as this one! From the moment I walked in the door it was nothing but friendly, professional and wonderful. There was a gentlemen working the morning I checked out and he was AMAZING! He really made our stay the best. I appreciate the great hospitality and friendly, honest staff. I forgot my daughters diaper bag and didn't realize it until the next morning after departure. I figured it was a long shot I would get it back but I called and sure enough they had it! Housekeeping turned it in. In today's world that is rare. The rooms were super clean, breakfast was amazing, and the pool was warm, nice, and clean. The friendly staff made our stay that much better. I haven't stayed at a hotel in years that is as great as this one. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel, it will not disappoint!!

Front desk guy Michael was really great very friendly polite checking us in .GM was awesome. The Night Shift guy, Joe was really good at getting us extra blankets and all the other stuff that we needed. rented the VIP room was very clean. Everything was great and excellent room for parties baby showers are bridal showers. Will be having all my parties here for now on the pool is also great. It’s heated in a good place to be when it’s cold out.

For the past few days I've been here its been an absolutely great stay I've had no issues at all anytime I would need something it would be taken care of right away an this place is always clean the workers are always super respectful an would always ask if there was anything else I need this place is amazing always make you feel welcome an like ur at home an I most definitely recommend coming here to stay whether its just to get some rest or being vacation and the employees here absolutely great an very respectful the main employee i would see an who always helped me his name is Joe an im not saying The other employees aren't great its just with the times I get up an move around are mostly on his shift but he is a very hard work an will do whatever it takes to help you an take care of any problem you might have an he also makes you feel welcome this is one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel in a very long time an I will most definitely be coming back. To Joe I wanna say thank you an keep the great work up.

Really good experience! Brought our dog, very accommodating, great value. Joe was both helpful on the phone and front desk. Clean hotel, nice amenities, would stop back!

Joe & Mike helped me a lot. Room’s are so clean and perfect. Breakfast lady(Linda) has such a good smile and serves great food. Pinky helps by checking whether we need towels or housekeeping every day. Feeling Blessed just by staying here. Thanks to the entire team who makes this possible.

I really like this place such a great experience! I was so surprised (in a good way) by the pool temperature; it was perfect. The backyard is beautiful, and the rooms smelled fresh and clean. The front desk staff were helpful, and a big shoutout to Meena and Joe who went above and beyond. They helped me a lot, showed me around the hotel, and even guided me to the best nearby restaurant. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable!

First hotel we ever stayed at that had LVP flooring instead of carpet, loved it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean with the exception of the bedside lamps. Nice comfy beds. We travelled with a small dog and it was super convenient and reasonably priced. Typical hotel breakfast. We would stay here again.

After our reservations at another hotel fell through late at night, we scrambled to find a place. Joe at the front desk was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly professional and secured us a room for three days on the spot. The service here is what really blew me away—I’ve stayed at high-end luxury hotels that didn't match the friendliness and professionalism of this staff. Our room was spotless, the bedding was very comfortable, and they were extremely accommodating to our dog. Also, don't skip the breakfast; it’s top-notch and genuinely delicious. We are officially on the Best Western bandwagon now!
